We ship to Canada, Europe, and all 50 states within the United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. If you need your order sooner, we also offer expedited shipping options. Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays or other peak times.

At Royal Candle, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make the return process easy and stress-free. Please find below our return policy.

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

  • Candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned.

  • Custom orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

  • You will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RA#.

  • Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Shipping Costs:

  • Royal Candle will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
